Common name: Dewberry, Southern dewberry

Description: Spreads out over an entire area (trailing), semi-woody, vine-like, prickly, likes full sun


























Flower:

  • White, 5 petals
  • 1-3 flowers in small clusters on lateral branches.
  • up to 2 cm across
  • Numerous stament and pistils
  • Elongated receptacle
























Leaves and stem
  • Stems rooting at the tips
  • Leaves palmately compound with three leaflets
